Seaford Town Council has been informed that there will be temporary small-scale scaffolding erected at Talland Parade imminently.
This is due to debris recently falling from the building and the owners have been required to undertake emergency remedial work to fix the problem.
East Sussex County Council has granted a 28-day license for the scaffolding and Lewes District Council has approved this specifically for the purposes of the emergency works.
